Be Hip and do Yoga. Our program uses the most popular yoga poses and sequences to strengthen, stretch, increase flexibility, and sculpted the body. We offer gentle yoga classes for beginners, as well as power classes, all in a Hatha flow series.

 

Kids and Youth Yoga

Students will learn Positive affirmations, movement and breathing techniques in this fun weekly interactive Yoga Session. Children strengthen & flex their bodies while incorporating emotional and mental intelligence techniques. There are four different classes ranging from ages 3 years old to 17 years old.
