PERSONAL TRAINING


Our Personal Training sessions are designed to meet our client’s goals with training to include flexibility, stabilization, conditioning, cardio-respiratory, and core strength.  The elliptical, weights, and other equipment maybe used to help tone and strengthen the body.  Fitness assessments are administered during the initial session.  The Training sessions range from 30 minutes to one hour depending on the client needs. Our trainers are nationally certified.  Call for details.
