PILOXING is a high- energy interval workout that uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of Boxing, Pilates and Dancing. Used with weighted gloves to tone the arms and pump the heart with total body toning. You will do boxing moves, easy dance moves, and some pilates. You will be bare footed or go without socks. Piloxing will burn fat and empower you both physically and mentally.
