Our Zumba class at TTBF features aerobic moves with exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. The instructors add a little resistance training with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba newbies love our classes. Bring water and a towel and a fun attitude.
Our Belly dancing class is a multi-level, full body workout that develops strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and coordination. This class includes isolations, slow motion serpentine movements, fast hip drills, choreography, improvisation and more. Class may include veils, floor work, and balancing.
Sweat to the oldies of the seventies with this high-energy multi-level, full body workout by pulling dances straight from the classic Soul Train. Follow the instructor to sculpt the body as you do dances like the funky penguin, break down, the bump and the good foot.
